Neutrogena
(Faux Project)
Challenge: The aim was to highlight the value proposition of Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost product, however, the bottle and its concept were challenged by the transparency of the material and the need to connote boost and hydration.
Process: A photographic set was assembled to eliminate reflections from the bottle and transparent spheres. A layer of water was added over an acrylic vinyl surface to give the sensation of submersion. Two flashes were used and the shot was taken in photocomposition of several frames to provide the reflections and texture of the water. In the post-production process, the colors and the typography on the label were retouched.
Result: An advertising quality photograph was obtained that exalts the value proposition of Hydro Boost, ready to be used in Marketing, E-commerce, and printed and digital material.
